Battle of watermelons vs coconuts: arrestees for Palestinian activism
Event Details
Following almost a year of a live streamed genocide, communities have been mobilising and demonstrating in solidarity with the Palestinian people. Many of whom have been criminalised, silenced and doxxed for their activism, often with cases being dropped and no charges brought against them, such as the Digivan3 and Aisha J - after months of being left in limbo.
This unique event brings together survivors, all arrestees awaiting a decision from the police or the CPS in conversation with one another, #CAGE6, #Cardiff19, #Digivan3 and Aisha J. Whilst the crime of supporting, aiding and funding genocide has continued for almost a year without a single arrest, communities are criminalised for protesting that same crime.
